Grief and Motherhood

We recognize that motherhood is not a "one size fits all" experience. Whether you are struggling with post-partum difficulty, child loss, infertility, or empty nesting, we will provide a judgement-free and supportive environment for you to grow and heal.
Grief is highly misunderstood by most people and professionals. With our expertise, we will provide you with education, support, and judgement-free care.

Sam Rouse, M.Ed. LPCC, focuses her research and care on the topics of Motherhood and Grief.  She is highly involved in many community support groups for Pregnancy and Infant Loss and is an advocate for improved care for bereaved mothers.
Throughout her career, Sam has had the opportunity to provide grief support for people of all ages and backgrounds.  She spends her summers volunteering at grief camps for kids and wants to work to end the stigma around the impacts of grief and unhealthy expectations of those that are grieving.
