At Abiding Hope Counseling, we offer a wide range of mental health services to address various needs. Our experienced and licensed therapists are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals, couples, and families. Telehealth

Anyone in the state of Kentucky can take advantage of our telehealth services.  People no longer need to leave their homes to get the support they need.  Get a glass of water and get comfortable in your own space while getting exceptional counseling services online.
To ensure the best experience we ask that clients have:

• A good/reliable internet connection
• A quiet and private area to meet
• Few distractions
• We cannot provide telehealth services if you are in public spaces or while driving.

School-based

• Parents are required to meet with their child's counselor in person throughout their care and must be actively involved in the treatment planning process.
• Some examples of care for kids: ADHD, trauma, bullying, anxiety, socialization, and more.
• AHC now serves Green County, Taylor County, Adair County, and Russell County Students!

Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling

We specialize in a variety of areas in counseling. Counseling is available for both telehealth and in the office.  These include:
